I endorse Brandon for Sheriff. Knowing him now for the past 15 years has been an honor. He was a great leader to me as a cadet advisor and watching him do the job of a deputy inspired me to follow the same path. Brandon is the supervisor that gets out there with his people and works. He leads by example and by doing the work. He doesn’t care if your Democrat or Republican he cares about what is right and more logical which is what is needed more than ever today. I’ve known Brandon for more than 15 years, professionally as my husband’s co-worker, and personally as a friend. In fact he married our oldest son to his wife! No better candidate for Kitsap County Sheriff
As a former Deputy Sheriff, Detective, and Sergeant with an agency from Southwest Washington, I have known Brandon for years and have witnessed his dedication to the community and leadership first hand. For years we worked together with Explorers mentoring the next generation of law enforcement officers. I have watched as many of those youth we worked with back then, have grown into productive and responsible officers in agencies all over the state. Brandon's leadership impact already extends far beyond the borders of Kitsap County and Kitsap County Sheriff's Department. While I can't vote in your county, I can share with those who can that he has had a profound impact on other law enforcement officers across the state already. He has been networking with other law enforcement agencies throughout his career, building collaborative relationships which will be beneficial to your community when he is elected as your next Sheriff! If you don't know him, go to one of his campaign events and meet him. He is the real deal and has been in service to this department and community for decades.
Brandon is exactly what we need for our next Sheriff. I fully support his candidacy.
I have seen Brandon take the high road and handle every obstacle with the utmost confidence and compassion. He truly looks at others success as his main priority and gives back to anyone he engages with. I have met few people in my life who I would follow anywhere, Brandon is one of those leaders.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Brandon since he was a young deputy. As a DPA in Kitsap County, I worked more cases with him than I could count. Brandon was a smart, curious deputy who learned quickly. He knew when to seek advice and he always did the work it took to investigate the case. Brandon did not cut corners, was willing to get a warrant, to write good reports and to analyze a situation. Brandon was a great witness. He understands policing. Brandon has the highest of ethics and he brings an enthusiastic attitude to his work. I believe Brandon will be a compassionate sheriff who will enforce the laws and hold his deputies to the highest standards. I also believe Brandon will surround himself with leaders who will hold his same values and work ethic. Brandon is the type of leader that you want to get behind and work for. I am proud and thankful that I had the opportunity to work with Brandon during my tenure as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Kitsap County.
I think Brandon has been preparing for this position for a long time. He’s well rounded in the community and an awesome law enforcement officer. Brandon is the right person for this position.
